Return policy
If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason just send it back for a refund. We offer a no hassle return for any item under the following conditions:
- item is returned within 40 days of delivery
- item is unworn, unmarked and in the original condition with tags attached
- shoe boxes/packaging must be returned in the original condition (unmarked)
- for hygiene reasons undergarments cannot be returned
Exchange policy
If you wish to exchange an item, you will need to return your item for a refund and place a new order. To ensure availability we recommend you place the order as soon as possible.
Received a faulty item or not the item you ordered
Firstly, we would like to apologise if you have received a faulty item or an item you did not order. Depending on the circumstances, we may be able to replace the item or provide you with a full refund. Please Contact Us for further information.
