What is your return policy?

88 Jeans offers a NO HASSLE return or exchange for all orders when the following criteria has been met:

  1. Items are returned within 30 days of purchase
  2. The item has not been worn, washed, altered or damaged
  3. All original tags and packaging are intact

How do I return an order?

  1. Contact Us to obtain a RA number and shipping details
  2. Carefully pack your order and post your item back to us for a refund.

The buyer is responsible for the safe delivery of the return parcel. You will be notified as soon as your item has been refunded back to your account.

How do I exchange an item?

  1. Contact Us to obtain a RA number, shipping details and let us know what style and size you want to exchange your item for. Or you can order your preferred item online now for immediate shipping and we will refund your return item as soon as it arrives.
  2. Carefully pack your order and post your item back to us.

How do I return a faulty item?

First of all, we apologise if you have received the wrong item or a faulty item. Please Contact Us and we will do our best to rectify the error. If possible we will offer you a replacement item at no further cost to you or provide a full refund. 

Who is responsible for the return postage costs?

88 Jeans is responsible for the return postage costs if the item is faulty or not the item you ordered.  If you have changed your mind or ordered the wrong size then the buyer is responsible for the return shipping cost.
