Delivery times
Standard shipping is generally between 2 to 6 business days and Express Post is a next business day delivery to all locations within Australia Express Post network. Returns policy
If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason just send it back and we will even pay for the postage cost. We offer a no hassle return for any item under the following conditions:
- item is returned within 30 days of delivery
- item is unworn, unmarked and in the original condition with tags attached
- shoe boxes/packaging must be returned in the original condition (unmarked)
- for hygiene reasons undergarments cannot be returned
Exchange policy
We are unable to exchange items. If you wish to exchange an item, you will need to return your item for a refund and place a new order. To ensure availability we recommend you place the order as soon as possible.
Received a faulty item or not the item you ordered
Firstly, we would like to apologise if you have received a faulty item or an item you did not order. Depending on the circumstances, we may replace the item or provide you with a full refund.
